Inspections & QA Documentation Support

Blueprint Design & Consulting provides independent site inspection and QA documentation support for engineers, certifiers, construction professionals  and home owners at critical project hold points. This service supports projects across the Wide Bay, Fraser Coast, and Gladstone Regional Council areas, and is suited to situations where the appointed engineer or certifier is unable to attend site in person.

Our role is strictly observational and documentation-based. We do not provide engineering design, certification, or compliance sign-off. Instead, we deliver clear, accurate site records—including photographs and written observations—to support informed technical review by the responsible professional.

With experience across residential, commercial, industrial, and civil construction, inspections are undertaken with a strong understanding of construction sequencing, detailing, and the evidence typically required at hold points.

This service includes:

• Independent on-site inspections for documentation purposes
• High-quality, date-stamped photographic records
• Written site observations aligned to drawings or hold points
• QA-style documentation suitable for engineer or certifier review
   

This service does not include:

• Engineering design, certification, or compliance sign-off
• Building approval or certification services
• Direction to builders or trades
• Substitution for statutory inspections
   

All technical assessment and approval remains with the appointed engineer or certifier.

Do you identify defects or non-conformances? 

 We record observable site conditions only. Any compliance assessment or defect determination is made by the appointed engineer or certifier.
